How much is this going to cost?

What if I want work done that’s not on the pricing form?


  That’s perfectly fine! We do custom cleanings all the time and fit our pricing around the Labor+Complexity it would take at a residence equivalent.


When can I be serviced?


  We have no minimum lead time! We will be out to service your property as soon as possible; it could even be same day depending on our workload!


What are some of the things that affect pricing?


  Apart from the typical: square footage, number of bathrooms, etc.; Duration since last clean, number of inhabitants, pets, number of floors, and the general difficulty of task required (objects in the way, etc.). These questions are all asked on our request service form which can be found [here]

Do I need to be home? 

  You don’t, however the cleanings usually go better when someone is home. This is because it gives the customer a chance to see how hard we are working, and also so they can point out anything as we go as they see fit.


How long is the service going to take?

  This is a complicated answer because many things affect the speed of cleaning. Even down to the complexity of the grooves in the baseboards can alter a cleaning by another 30 minutes, which would change the final price. Feel free to give us a message or email for a better idea!


What Products do you use?

  We have a large array of products, for use on all kinds of surfaces such as stone, quartz, acrylic, wood, plastic, steel, soft metals, leather, fabrics, and more. 


Are your products safe for children/small pets? 

  Yes! We offer pH neutral and organic cleaning solutions upon request! This may affect pricing depending on specificity.


How should I prepare my home for cleaning?

  Nothing! Just keep in mind that any mess we are cleaning with subtract time from our other tasks which will subsequently affect quality or pricing.


How do you handle a mistake during servicing?

  In the event of a mistake, we will happily compensate the customer accordingly, and fix the issue as soon as possible. Noting the issue going forward, to ensure the problem doesn’t happen again if possible.


What do I need to do if the previously agreed upon service time does not work anymore?


  Message us and we will reschedule at the earliest available time that works for all parties involved! Sometimes we can manage same day rescheduling!
